We are currently recruiting the following: (updated 26th October 2018)

  • EXPERIENCED PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST - Main duties: Checking in & out guests. Dealing with customer queries and reservations for rooms, restaurant & meeting rooms.  Administration.  Role Requirements: must have at least 2 years reception experience in a 4 star hotel.  Excellent communication, customer service & organisational skills. A genuine interest in the hospitality industry. Fluent English required.  Hotsoft experience required. Must be available to work variable shifts including morning, evening & weekends.  
  • FOOD & BEVERAGE ASSISTANT - must have at least 2 years relevant experience in a 4 star hotel. Must have an interest in the hospitality industry & be willing to work evenings & weekends as required.
  • ACCOMMODATION SUPERVISOR - Must have 1-2 years’ experience within an Accommodation Department at supervisory level. Excellent organisational & communication skills.  Fully conversant in English.
  • KITCHEN PORTER - Duties include wash-up, keeping kitchen clean and general help to chefs as required. Previous experience in a similar role prefered. Fluent English required.
