Q. What time is check-in?

A. Check in time is from 4pm

Q. What time is check-out?

A. Check-out is 12 noon midweek & 11am at weekends.

Q. Does your hotel offer car parking?

A. Yes, we offer free carparking onsite.

Q. Does the hotel offer WiFi?

A. Yes, free wifi is available throughout the hotel.

Q. What time is breakfast served?

A. Breakfast is served Mon-Fri 7.30am-10.30am and Sat-Sun 8am-10.30am - Reservations required - Please note we do not offer a breakfast service between 4 - 18th December 2020

Q. What are your dining options?

A. Lunch is served Monday to Friday in the Bar 12 noon – 2.30pm & 12 noon - 3pm on Saturdays

Carvery Buffet is served 12 to 3.15pm on Sundays/Bank Holidays. 

A la carte menu available after these times until 9pm. Reservations available after 6pm

Four Course Set Lunch Menu available in the restaurant 12.30 - 2pm on Sundays only. Reservations preferred.

Q. Do you cater for food allergies?

A. Yes. If you have any special dietary requirements, please notify a member of staff.

Q. Do you have leisure facilities?

A. We do not have leisure facilities on site, the closest gym & pool are 13 kms from the hotel.

Q. What leisure activities are available near the hotel?

A. The hotel is located on the Barrow Blueway which is ideal for walking or cycling. Mount Leinster & a number of forest walks are located nearby. Canoeing is also available. Gardening enthusiasts will enjoy the Arboretum Lifestyle & Garden Heaven, & Altamount Gardens.  Gowran Park Racecourse & Golf Course is nearby.

Q. Do you have entertainment in the hotel at the weekends?

A. We do not have live music in the hotel due to current Covid 19 restrictions.

Q: Is the hotel Pet friendly?

A: Guide/Assistance Dogs Only

Q: Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

A: Yes

Q: Is there tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms?

A: Yes

Q: Do you provide Irons and Ironing Boards?

A: Yes

Q. Do you allow smoking?

A. Smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel or in the guestrooms.

Q. Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

A. Yes, please contact us directly to reserve an accessible room.

Q. Do you have a lift/elevator?

A. Yes, please note some rooms are also accessed by steps so please advise us if you require a room close to the lift/no steps.

Q. What forms of payment are accepted?

A. Credit card patment is preferred.  A valid credit or debit card is required to make a reservation and to check in to the hotel, a preauthorisation will be taken from a credit card on check in, or if guests wish to pay with cash or debit card this must be done at check in time also.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. All reservations have a 24 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
